Arrangers Fee Letter definition

Arrangers Fee Letter is defined in Section 2.11.

Arrangers Fee Letter means the confidential letter agreement, dated December 4, 1997, among the Borrower, the Sponsors and the Arrangers.

Arrangers Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated October 4, 2007 among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, the Syndication Agent and the Co-Arrangers.
