Articles of Continuance definition

Articles of Continuance means the Articles of Continuance filed by the Company with Industry Canada, as amended through the date hereof.

Articles of Continuance means the Articles of Continuance continuing the Corporation under the Act, as amended and supplanted from time to time by restated articles;

More Definitions of Articles of Continuance

Articles of Continuance means the Article of Continuance continuing Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated, as from time to time amended, pursuant to the Act;
