Artificially Inflated Traffic definition

Artificially Inflated Traffic means calls, data or texts that result in patterns that are disproportionate to the overall type, amount, duration and/or extent of calls, data or texts which would be expected from good faith usage of the Network or Services;
Artificially Inflated Traffic means a flow or volume of traffic via any Service, which we believe:

More Definitions of Artificially Inflated Traffic

Artificially Inflated Traffic means the flow of calls to any particular Service which is, as a result or consequence of any activity by or on behalf of the Customer disproportionate to the flow of calls which would be expected from good faith commercial practice and usage of the Services;
Artificially Inflated Traffic or “AIT” means the volume, frequency, duration and regularity of calls, texts and/or data to and from any Number or other service which is, as a result or consequence of any activity by or on behalf of the Customer and/or User, disproportionate to that which would be expected from good faith commercial practice and usage of the Network;
Artificially Inflated Traffic. A flow or volume of traffic via any Service, which Calteq believes is: (i) disproportionate to the flow or volume of traffic which Calteq expects from good faith commercial practice and usage of the Service; (ii) disproportionate to Customer’s previous traffic profiles (in any given month) with Calteq; (iii) uses automated means to make calls (save where this is expressly approved by Calteq in writing); or (iv) may result in Customer exceeding the credit limit which Calteq places on Customer’s Calteq account from time to time.
Artificially Inflated Traffic is associated with activity causing calls to be artificially generated or prolonged for financial benefit, in cases where the calling pattern would not have happened in the normal course of business;
Artificially Inflated Traffic means a flow or volume of traffic via any Service, which the Network Provider believes is: (a) disproportionate to the flow or volume of traffic which the Network Provider expects from good faith commercial practice and usage of the Service; or (b) disproportionate to Customer’s previous traffic profiles (in any given month) with CommsFM; or (c) uses automated means to make calls (save where this is expressly approved by CommsFM in writing); or (d) may result in the Customer exceeding the credit limit which CommsFM places on the Customer’s account from time to time.
Artificially Inflated Traffic means any activity which: (i) has the effect, intended effect or likely effect of preventing Terminating Party’s billing system from capturing any necessary billing information (in relation to the conveyance of a call); (ii) causes incorrect billing by Terminating Party’s billing system, or of an associated party; (iii) any situation where any person or entity is misled into making, receiving or prolonging calls; or (iv) is determined by Terminating Party, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be bad faith usage of the Services. In the event Fraudulent Calls and/or Artificially Inflated Traffic causes Terminating Party to be charged more by its terminating partners than the rate(s) quoted by Terminating Party to Originating Party, then in addition to Terminating Party’s right to seek all remedies available to it at law or in equity, Terminating Party reserves the right to re-rate all such traffic at the higher termination rate for the destination(s) in question and Originating Party agrees to pay all such re-rated charges.
Artificially Inflated Traffic means any situation where the usage is disproportionate to what would be expected from good faith commercial practice and use of the Provider’s network;
