Additional Definitions applicable to Wireless Services “AIT”means Artificially Inflated Traffic and occurs where the flow of calls to any particular revenue share service is, as a result of any activity on or on behalf of the party operating that revenue share service, disproportionate to the flow of calls which would be expected from good faith commercial practice and usage of the network.

Where the actual traffic or use of a Service by an Access Seeker exceeds the relevant Forecast for that Service, other than as a result of Artificially Inflated Traffic, the Access Provider shall use all reasonable endeavors to provide the Services to the Service Levels (for the avoidance of doubt, such reasonable endeavors shall not include any requirement to provision any additional Capacity over the applicable forecasted levels).
