Examples of Asbestos Property Damage Claim in a sentence
No Individual Trustee, Delaware Trustee, officer, employee, or agent of the Trust shall be liable to the Trust, to any person holding an Asbestos Bodily Injury Claim or Demand or Asbestos Property Damage Claim, or to any other Person except for such Trustee's, officer's, employee's or agent's own breach of trust committed in bad faith, gross negligence, or for willful misappropriation.
Asbestos PI Claim shall not include an Asbestos Property Damage Claim.
