Compensation Claim definition

Compensation Claim means any claim under the Workers Compensation Act (B.C.) by or on behalf of any member of a Department in relation to a workplace injury or death suffered in connection with any Mutual Aid or Automatic Aid response;
Compensation Claim means any right of a Depositor to get payment from the Home DGS.
Compensation Claim means any and all Losses associated with or related to item 14 set forth on Schedule 3.8.

More Definitions of Compensation Claim

Compensation Claim means any Claim under sections 330(a), 331, 503, or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code for compensation for services rendered or reimbursement of expenses incurred in the Cases.
