Asbestos Trust Expenses definition

Asbestos Trust Expenses means any liabilities, costs, taxes, or expenses of, or imposed upon, or in respect of, the Asbestos Trust or, on and after the Effective Date, the Asbestos Trust Assets (except for payments to Holders of Asbestos Claims on account of such Asbestos Claims), including all costs of administering the Asbestos Trust and carrying out the terms of the Asbestos Trust Agreement and CRP, all to be paid solely from the Asbestos Trust Assets.
