Assault Weapons definition

Assault Weapons means any weapon other than firearms or military type weapons having the designed personal assault characteristics of any dagger, dirk, stiletto, switchblade knife, springblade knife, push button knife, blackjack, sandclub, pipe club, chain club, metal knuckles and wrist rocket, bow and arrow and crossbow.

  • Weapons means an instrument or device of any kind that is used or designed to be used to inflict harm including, but not limited to, rifles, handguns, shotguns, antique fire- arms, knives, swords, bows and arrows, BB guns, pellet guns, air rifles, electronic or other stun devices, or fighting imple- ments.

  • Adult arcade means any place to which the public is permitted or invited wherein coin-operated or slug-operated or electrically or mechanically controlled still or motion picture machines, projectors, or other image-producing devices are maintained to show images to five or fewer persons per machine at any one time, and where the images so displayed are distinguished or characterized by the depicting or describing of specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas.

  • Sexual assault has the same meaning as in RCW 70.125.030.

  • Victim of sexual assault means an individual against whom a sexual offense has been committed as described in ORS 163.467 or 163.525; or any other individual designated as a victim of sexual assault by rule adopted under ORS 659A.805.

  • Deadly weapon means any weapon, whether loaded or unloaded, from which a shot may be discharged, or a switchblade knife, gravity knife, billy, blackjack, bludgeon, or metal knuckles.
