Authorized Improvements definition

Authorized Improvements means improvements authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act, as listed in Section III.
Authorized Improvements means improvements which have the approval of the commissioner prior to being placed, developed, created, or constructed on, or obtained or developed for the benefit of, or made appurtenant to trust lands, or which have subsequently received that approval;
Authorized Improvements means improvements authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act as described in Section III and Exhibit C and depicted on Exhibit O.

Examples of Authorized Improvements in a sentence

  • The City will select a PID Administrator and the City Council will consider approval of the Preliminary SAP, which shall include the Authorized Improvements, and provide for the levy of the Assessments on the Property or portion thereof benefitted by such portion of the Authorized Improvements.

  • The City shall promptly confirm to the Trustee that such remaining amounts are available to pay such Cost Overruns, and the City, with input from Developer, will decide how to use such moneys to secure the payment and performance of the work for other Authorized Improvements, payable from the same Assessment if authorized by the PID Act, with the approval of the City, if available.

  • The Assessments, if approved by the City Council, shall be levied: (i) against the applicable phase(s) benefitted by the applicable portion of the Authorized Improvements for which the applicable series of the PID Bonds are issued, and (ii) prior to the sale of any lot to an End User.

  • Promptly following preparation and approval of a preliminary SAP acceptable to the Parties and subject to the City Council making findings that the Authorized Improvements confer a special benefit on the Property, the City Council shall consider an Assessment Ordinance.

  • An individual line item exceeding its estimated cost shall not be construed as a Cost Overrun; rather, the Authorized Improvements Cost for each phase shall be viewed in its entirety.


More Definitions of Authorized Improvements

Authorized Improvements means those public improvements authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act and described in Section III which are constructed for the special benefit of the property within the District, and which estimated costs are shown on Exhibit B.
Authorized Improvements means collectively, the public improvements listed in Exhibit A hereto and more fully described in Section III and Appendix B of the Service and Assessment Plan and authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act which are to be undertaken for the benefit of property within the District. An individual Authorized Improvement, including a completed segment or part, shall be referred to as an Authorized Improvement.
Authorized Improvements are those defined in the SAP.
Authorized Improvements means those public improvements, including the Improvement Area #4 Improvements, authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act, including those listed in Section III and Exhibit C and depicted in Exhibit M of the Service and Assessment Plan.
Authorized Improvements mean those improvements authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act, including those described in the Service and Assessment Plan.
Authorized Improvements means those improvements, including those listed in Section III.A and described in Section III.B, authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act, regardless of whether such improvements are actually funded through the PID. Only a portion of the Authorized Improvements constructed within the PID will be funded through the PID, and such improvements will be acquired, constructed or installed in accordance with this SAP, and any future updates and/or amendments.
Authorized Improvements is as defined in the Development Agreement as may be modified in the SAP and as identified in Exhibit C hereto.
