Assessment Documents definition

Assessment Documents means: the Provider’s data management policies; contracts between the Provider and the Consumer for the delivery of the Product; any other relevant supporting documents of the Provider that NFF may specify from time to time; and a completed statutory declaration form confirming the validity of the above documents;
Assessment Documents means the Assessment Documents related to this transaction that are provided electronically, "You" and "Your" mean the borrower(s) under the applicable assessment to which such Assessment Documents apply, and "We", "Our" and "Us" mean the applicable mortgage broker(s), assessment processor(s) or mortgage banker(s) with whom You are transacting business for such assessment(s).
Assessment Documents means the Report on the Reasonable Basis of the Assessments, the Rate and Method and the Assessment Roll, in each case as set forth in, approved by or contemplated by the Improvement District Ordinance.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.
