Asset Base Certificate means the certificate prepared by the Seller substantially in the form of Exhibit B, attached hereto.

Examples of Asset Base Certificate in a sentence

The calculations referred to herein shall be evidenced by the Asset Base Certificate received by the Indenture Trustee on any Determination Date.
