Asset Base Certificate definition

Asset Base Certificate. A certificate with appropriate insertions setting forth the components of the Asset Base, as of the last day of the month for which such certificate is submitted, which certificate shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit E to the Indenture and shall be certified by an Authorized Signatory of the Manager.
Asset Base Certificate means the certificate prepared by the Seller substantially in the form of Exhibit B, attached hereto.
Asset Base Certificate means a certificate in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E hereto which shall be signed by the chief financial officer, chief administrative officer or chief executive officer of the Borrower.
