Asset Review Trigger definition

Asset Review Trigger. Any time when, as of the end of the applicable Collection Period, either (1) Mortgage Loans with an aggregate outstanding principal balance of 25.0% or more of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (including any REO Mortgage Loans) held by the Trust are Delinquent Loans, or (2) at least 15 Mortgage Loans are Delinquent Loans and the aggregate outstanding principal balance of such Delinquent Loans constitutes at least 20.0% of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (including any REO Mortgage Loans) held by the Trust.
Asset Review Trigger. Any time when either (1) Mortgage Loans with an aggregate outstanding principal balance of 25.0% or more of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (including any REO Loans (or a portion of any REO Loan in the case of a Whole Loan)) held by the Trust as of the end of the applicable Collection Period are Delinquent Loans or (2)(A) prior to and including the second anniversary of the Closing Date, at least ten (10) Mortgage Loans are Delinquent Loans and the outstanding principal balance of such Delinquent Loans in the aggregate constitutes at least 15.0% of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (including any REO Loans (or a portion of any REO Loan in the case of a Whole Loan)) held by the Trust as of the end of the applicable Collection Period, or (B) after the second anniversary of the Closing Date, at least fifteen (15) Mortgage Loans are Delinquent Loans and the outstanding principal balance of such Delinquent Loans in the aggregate constitutes at least 20.0% of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (including any REO Loans (or a portion of any REO Loan in the case of a Whole Loan)) held by the Trust as of the end of the applicable Collection Period.

Examples of Asset Review Trigger in a sentence

  • If an Asset Review Trigger is determined to have occurred, the Certificate Administrator shall promptly provide notice to all Certificateholders and each other party to this Agreement.

  • Asset Review means any review of representations and warranties conducted by a Non-Lead Asset Representations Reviewer, as contemplated by Item 1101(m) of Regulation AB.
