Assignments of Insurances definition

Assignments of Insurances shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.14.

Assignments of Insurances means those certain Assignments of Insurances to be executed by the applicable Credit Parties in favor of the Collateral Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, pursuant to which the Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, will be collaterally assigned and granted a security interest in all of such Credit Parties’ right, title and interest in and to all insurances to be procured by the Credit Parties with respect to the Vessels, including all amounts due from underwriters under any such insurance as payment of losses, or as return premiums or otherwise as such assignments may be amended, modified, renewed, extended, restated or supplemented from time to time.

Assignments of Insurances means each of the first priority assignments of insurances made or to be made by a Guarantor in favor of the Lender in respect of a Vessel and in substantially the form of Exhibit G (as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms).

Examples of Assignments of Insurances in a sentence

• Lender shall have received evidence satisfactory to it that each Vessel is insured in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the applicable Mortgage and the Assignments of Insurances.

• The foregoing shall be deemed to include the authorization of the Administrative Agent to direct the Mortgage Trustee to take such actions pursuant to the First Preferred Ship Mortgages and the Assignments of Insurances.

More Definitions of Assignments of Insurances

Assignments of Insurances means the Assignment of Insurances (Fleet), the Assignment of Insurances (GLDD) and any other assignment of insurances by a Credit Party in favor of Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent.
