Assignor Group definition

Assignor Group means one of the UTC Group, the Otis Group, or the Carrier Group of which the Assignor Party is a member.
Assignor Group means (1) Assignor and its officers, directors, agents, representatives, consultants and employees, and
Assignor Group means the named inventors, holders, and owners, of the Transferred Asset.

  • Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.
