Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
Regional Director means the Regional Director of the Southwestern Region of the Ministry;
Local director means the director or his designated representative of the local department of the
Funeral director means any person engaged in the practice of funeral directing.
Associate Director means the associate director of the
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by that person in a professional capacity; and
Medical direction means direction, advice, or orders provided by a medical director, supervising physician, or physician designee (in accordance with written parameters and protocols) to emergency medical care personnel.
Qualified medical direction means, in the context of the practice of respiratory care, having readily
Lead Director means the Non-Employee Director, if any, who has been designated by the Board as the Lead Director under the Board’s Corporate Governance Guidelines. The Lead Director shall have such duties as shall be assigned to him or her by the Board in such Corporate Governance Guidelines.
Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
College board means the state board for community and
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
Company Director means a member of the Board.
Chairman-cum-Managing Director means Chairman-cum-Managing Director of any of the Subsidiary Companies of Coal India Limited, presently Central Coalfields Limited, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Western Coalfields Limited, Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited, South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Northern Coalfields Limited and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.
