Associated Partners definition

Associated Partners means Associated Partners, L.P., a Guernsey limited partnership, the selling party in the APW Acquisition. “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Associated Partners means the partners which joined the EQVEGAN project during the project implementation.
Associated Partners means the partners to the “Principal Applicant” in the proposed business being established and who are also seeking permanent residency. Please note that the maximum number of associated partners for the International Entrepreneur category is nine (9), excluding the principal applicant.

Associated Partners means the three entities Science and Technology Facilities Council, STFC Xxxxxxxxxx Appleton Laboratory, Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht GmbH Zentrum für Material- und Küstenforschung and European Molecular Biology Laboratory Hamburg, that are entitled to collaborate with the CALIPSOplus Consortium in the framework of the CALIPSOplus project to the extent detailed below and at their own expenses and accepting the rules and regulations which are the purpose of this Consortium Agreement. The relationships among Associated Partners and the Parties of the CALIPSOplus Consortium are set up in a separate Partnership Agreement.

  • Service Partners means any successful vendor who is awarded the proposal or who entered into an agreement with CIPC and/or its clients to offer consulting services in areas such as but not limited to, strategic e-business consulting, evaluation, implementation and continuous improvement or system integration.

  • Blackstone means collectively, The Blackstone Group L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and any Affiliate thereof (excluding any natural persons and any portfolio companies of any Blackstone-sponsored fund).

  • Advisory Person means (i) any employee of the Fund, Manager or Adviser/Subadviser (or of any company in a control relationship to the Fund, Manager or Adviser/Subadviser) who, in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, makes, participates in, or obtains current or pending information regarding the purchase or sale of a security by the Fund, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales; and (ii) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security.

  • General Partner means the Company or its successors as general partner of the Partnership.

  • Managing General Partner means the managing general partner of the Merging Entity where such Merging Entity is a limited partnership.

  • Associated Entity means an entity that is not part of the law practice but which provides legal or administrative services to a law practice, including but not limited to:

  • Section 385 Controlled Partnership has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(1) for a “controlled partnership”.

  • Advent means Advent International Corporation.

  • BCP means BCP Asset Management Limited and its successors, assigns and transferees.

  • GP LLC means Plains All American GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
