Association Officials means the elected Chapter Executive Members, Local Representatives and Staff Representatives of the Association, for the purpose of formal relations between the SMS and the Association.

• Except by mutual consent only, displaced non-teaching professional staff members, non-teaching professional staff members currently on leave or layoff, Association Officials, Association members and Administration, may attend the Job Selection Meeting.

• Association Officials and Association Members, individually and collectively, shall not, under any circumstances during the life of this Agreement, encourage, condone, cause, authorize, or take part in any illegal picketing, work-stoppage, sit-down, stay-in, slow-down, strike or any curtailment of work, or interference with business operations in or about the Employer's premises or property.
