The College will establish an annual Bank of Association Hours to pay the cost attributable to replacing specified Association Officials for periods of paid release time they are involved in representational activities under the Agreement.
Such duly authorized representative(s) shall have reasonable access to University premises to consult with Association Officials and Members.
SECTION 4 Association Officials may use vacation time or accrued compensatory time for the conduct of Association business.

Except by mutual consent only, displaced non-teaching professional staff members, non-teaching professional staff members currently on leave or layoff, Association Officials, Association members and Administration, may attend the Job Selection Meeting.
