Assumed Contracts List definition

Assumed Contracts List means the list of those Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed by the Debtors or assumed and/or assigned by the Debtors to the Successful Bidder (i.e., the Assumed Contracts) pursuant to the Plan, as set forth in the Plan Supplement, which (with respect to the Assumed Contracts) shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Successful Bidder, subject to amendment by the Debtors with the consent of the Successful Bidder (with respect to the Assumed Contracts) from time to time in accordance with the Sale Transaction Documentation and this Plan.

  • Not later than May 17, 2002, Purchaser will provide to the Sellers a preliminary list of each pre-Petition Contract of the Sellers relating to the Business that the Purchaser has selected to constitute the pre-Petition Contracts to be assumed and assigned to Purchaser at the Closing in connection with the Transactions (the "Preliminary Assumed Contracts List").

  • Assumed Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Schedule of Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule of certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed (or assumed and assigned) by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time by the Debtors.

  • List of Contracts means the list identifying each Contract constituting part of the Trust Corpus, which list (a) identifies each Contract and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the Principal Balance as of the Cutoff Date, (ii) the amount of monthly payments due from the Obligor, (iii) the Contract Rate and (iv) the maturity date, and which list (as in effect on the Closing Date) is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit H.

  • Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:

  • Executory Contract means a contract to which one or more of the Debtors is a party that is subject to assumption or rejection under sections 365 or 1123 of the Bankruptcy Code.
