Assumed Handover Point definition

Assumed Handover Point means the point of interconnection nearest to the origination of a call to an Unbundled Tariff Number at which the call may be handed over to the Electronic Communications Network of another Communications Provider for conveyance. For these purposes, where the call is routed via a Transit Network, the Assumed Handover Point is deemed to be the nearest point of ingress from the Electronic Communications Network on which the call originates to that Transit Network;
Assumed Handover Point means the point of interconnection nearest to the origination of a call to an Unbundled Tariff Number at which the call may be handed over for conveyance;

Related to Assumed Handover Point

  • Assumed Liabilities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • R-point means a reference point defined for each seat by the manufacturer in relation to the vehicle's structure, as indicated in Annex 6 to Regulation No.94

  • Transition Services Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(h).

  • Seller Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller or an Affiliate of Seller (including the Company prior to the Closing) under this Agreement or in connection herewith, each of which agreements, instruments and documents is listed in Schedule 1.1(b).

  • Buyer Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Buyer under this Agreement or in connection herewith.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed or agrees to render services as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.
