Assumed Maturity Date. [month/year] Fremont Home Loan Trust 2003-2 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-2 Class M-2 evidencing the Percentage Interest in the distributions allocable to the Certificates of the above-referenced Class with respect to the Trust consisting of first lien adjustable rate and fixed rate mortgage loans (the "Mortgage Loans") FINANCIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORP., as Depositor Principal in respect of this Certificate is distributable monthly as set forth herein. Accordingly, the Certificate Principal Balance of this Class M-2 Certificate at any time may be less than the Initial Certificate Principal Balance set forth on the face hereof, as described herein. This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of the Percentage Interest evidenced by this Class M-2 Certificate (obtained by dividing the Denomination of this Class M-2 Certificate by the Original Class Certificate Principal Balance) in certain monthly distributions with respect to a Trust consisting primarily of the Mortgage Loans deposited by Financial Asset Securities Corp. (the "Depositor"). The Trust was created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of June 1, 2003 (the "Agreement") among the Depositor, Xxxxxx Loan Servicing LP, as servicer (the "Servicer"), and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, a national banking association, as trustee (the "Trustee"). To the extent not defined herein, the capitalized terms used herein have the meanings assigned in the Agreement. This Class M-2 Certificate is issued under and is subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of the Agreement, to which Agreement the Holder of this Class M-2 Certificate by virtue of the acceptance hereof assents and by which such Holder is bound. Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Class M-2 Certificate set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place. This Class M-2 Certificate shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Agreement or be valid for any purpose unless manually countersigned by an authorized signatory of the Trustee.
Assumed Maturity Date. With respect to any Mortgage Loan that is not a Balloon Loan, the maturity date of such Mortgage Loan. With respect to any Balloon Loan, the date on which such Mortgage Loan would be deemed to mature in accordance with its original amortization schedule absent its Balloon Payment.
Assumed Maturity Date means, with respect to the principal amount of any Rollover Term Loan being prepaid or repaid as of any date, the date that would be the maturity date of such Rollover Term Loan if such Loan had a maturity date at the end of the remaining average life of such Rollover Term Loan, determined as of the date of such prepayment or repayment and based solely upon the then-remaining scheduled payments with respect to the Fixed Rate Amount of such Loan under Section 2.05(c).
