Assumed Purchase Orders definition

Assumed Purchase Orders means the outstanding customer purchase orders for vehicles ordered but not delivered prior to the Closing Date that are set forth on Schedule 5.01(b) and are on terms and conditions consistent with industry practices and the historical operations of the Dealership Companies.
Assumed Purchase Orders shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(b).

More Definitions of Assumed Purchase Orders

Assumed Purchase Orders means all purchase orders of Seller outstanding as of the Closing date, except those set forth in Exhibit H.
Assumed Purchase Orders means orders for Inventory that are in process on the day of Closing that have been placed in the ordinary course of each Location by Seller.
