Athletics Integrity Unit definition

Athletics Integrity Unit means the unit described in Part X of this Constitution.
Athletics Integrity Unit means the unit described in Part X of the Constitution and “Integrity Unit” has the same meaning.

  • The role of the Athletics Integrity Unit is to protect the integrity of Athletics.

  • The Advertising Commissioner and/or relevant Referee and/or relevant other official may thereafter refer the matter to the Athletics Integrity Unit for further investigation and/or disciplinary measures.

  • Note (i): In the case of a Relay World Record, all members of the team must be tested; Note (ii): If an athlete has admitted that, at some time prior to achieving a World Record, they had used or taken advantage of a substance or technique prohibited at that time, then, subject to the advice of the Athletics Integrity Unit, such record will not continue to be regarded as a World Record by World Athletics.

  • AE Hodsdon will review the flow data and evaluate the current condition.

  • There shall be an Athletics Integrity Unit established and maintained by World Athletics.

  • Recreational Services means (unless otherwise defined in this document) services that consist of participation in:

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Academic Unit means an Academic Department, research unit, School, non-departmentalized Faculty, Xxxxxxxx Campus Division, Faculty of Medicine Division, the Fisheries and Marine Institute, the Counselling Centre, or the University Library, to which one (1) or more ASMs have their primary or sole appointment. For Faculty Members at Xxxxxxxx Campus who are not members of a Division, the Academic Unit shall be the Xxxxxxxx Campus. For Faculty Members in the Faculty of Medicine who are not members of a Division, the Academic Unit shall be the Faculty.

  • Recreational trail means a trail, lane, path, road, or other right of way that because of its scenic, wild, or topographical nature, has as its primary purpose recreational use of the trail itself.
