ATLAS System definition

ATLAS System means the private credit originations engine that supports the primary business functions to (i) enable loan origination and (ii) conduct the core integration of all components necessary to complete loan originations, including all equipment, Software, and associated attachments, features, accessories, peripherals and cabling, and all additions, modifications, substitutions, upgrades or enhancements to such system as of the Effective Time.
ATLAS System means Borrower’s next generation Product platform in development as of the Second Amendment Effective Date.
