  • The PARTIES undertake to access the database integrated in the ATOSS PRODUCTS and the personal data processed therein exclusively by using separate user IDs. This requires that the CUSTOMER allocates corresponding separate user IDs for ATOSS and cooperates in setting them up to the extent required.

  • In this respect, the CUSTOMER is aware that ATOSS cannot provide the ATOSS PRODUCTS without sub processors.

  • In order to comply with the GDPR, the CUSTOMER shall in particular ensure the lawfulness of the transmission of data of the CUSTOMER and / or its AFFILIATED COMPANIES to ATOSS as the case may be, the lawfulness of the processing of personal data in the context of the use of the ATOSS PRODUCTS as well as the protection of the rights of the data subjects whose data are processed in the context of the use of the ATOSS PRODUCTS.

  • For the provision of the ATOSS PRODUCTS in accordance with the CONTRACT the use of sub processors is required.

  • The PARTIES agree that the CUSTOMER may also allow its AFFILIATED COMPANIES to use the licensed ATOSS PRODUCTS in accordance with the provisions of the re- spective CONTRACT.

  • With the exception of the MODULES, which for technical reasons must be operated on specific system environments in accordance with the DOCUMEN- TATION, the ATOSS PRODUCTS shall be installed on only one server instance or in a previ- ously defined cluster configuration, each of which requires a unique identifier.

  • Each such party that is a corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, trust or other entity has the requisite power and authority, and each such party that is an individual has the capacity, to execute, deliver and perform this Agreement.

  • The COMPANY grants the CUSTOMER and its AFFILIATED COMPANIES the simple (non- exclusive), non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the ATOSS PRODUCTS for the support of its own internal business purposes and the internal business purposes of its AFFIL- IATED COMPANIES during the term of the CONTRACT.

  • If the CUSTOMER completely replaces the server instance, it shall be obliged to irretrievably delete the installed ATOSS PRODUCTS from the server instance previously used.

  • Furthermore, the CUSTOMER shall be entitled to use the ATOSS PRODUCTS on one (1) server instance for testing, archiving (data backup) and other non-productive pur- poses.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Seller Products means any and all products (including software and hardware) and any type of services of Seller and its Affiliates, in each case, that are sold or provided by, or on behalf of, Seller or any of its Affiliates, including any portions thereof, as well as any methods or processes employed by any of the foregoing.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Marijuana-infused products means products that contain marijuana or marijuana extracts and are intended for human use. The term "marijuana-infused products" does not include useable marijuana.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.
