AT&T INDEMNITEES has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02.

AT&T Services Group means each member of the AT&T Group other than any member of the NCR Group.

Seller Indemnified Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.
Company Indemnified Party has meaning set forth in Section 8(b) hereof.
Indemnified Persons has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.12(c).
Buyer Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
