Attached Dwelling definition

Attached Dwelling means a building used or designed as three or more self-contained dwelling units, each having direct access to the outside at grade level, where no dwelling unit is wholly or partly above another dwelling unit.
Attached Dwelling means a dwelling in a residential building which contains two or more dwelling units, which dwelling units have one or two vertical walls, but no other parts, attached to other dwelling units;
Attached Dwelling means one which is joined to another dwelling on one or more sides by a common wall or walls. (Ord. 1317 § 3, 1998).

  • Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
