In the case of partially completed engineering services, eligible costs will be calculated as set forth in Attachment E, Fee Schedule.
If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included.
The State will not pay items of cost that are not included in or rates that exceed those approved in Attachment E.
