Any Eligible Auction Lender that fails to submit a Return Bid at or prior to the Auction Expiration Time shall be deemed to have declined to participate in the Auction.
Option Expiration Date means the last day of the maximum term of an Option.
Final Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a) hereof.
