Australian Administrative Agent means Citisecurities Limited (ABN 51 000 000 000) in its capacity as Australian administrative agent for the lenders party to the Australian Credit Agreement and any successor thereto.

Australian Administrative Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble hereto.
