Change Control Notice means the notice referred to in clause F12 (Change Control)].

  • Where the Authority proposes to vary any part of the Contract the Authority shall serve a Change Control Notice on the Contractor, and the Contractor shall promptly comply with such Change Control procedure as detailed in this Clause F12.

  • The Change Control Notice will provide an outline description of the change requested, the rationale for the change, the effect that the change will have on the Services (where known) and an estimate of the effort and cost required to prepare an impact assessment (“Impact Assessment”).

More Definitions of Change Control Notice

Change Control Notice means the notice referred to in Clause 6.3 (Change Control) "Commencement Date" means the date set out in the Order Form "Commercially Sensitive Information" means the information (i) listed in Appendix 7 (Commercially Sensitive Information); or (ii) notified to the Contracting Body in writing (prior to the commencement of the Contract) which has been clearly marked as Commercially Sensitive Information comprised of information:- (a) which is provided in writing by the Prime Contractor to the Contracting Body in confidence for the period set out in Appendix 7 (Commercially Sensitive Information) or the notification; and/or (b) that constitutes a trade secret "Confidential Information" means:- (a) any information, which has been designated as confidential by either Party in writing or that ought reasonably to be considered as confidential however it is conveyed, including information that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel and suppliers of the Prime Contractor, including IPRs, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential; and (b) all personal data and sensitive personal data within the meaning of the DPA; and and does not include any information:- (i) which was public knowledge at the time of disclosure (otherwise than by breach of Clause 5.4 (Confidential Information); (ii) which was in the possession of the receiving Party, without restriction as to its disclosure, before receiving it from the disclosing Party; (iii) which is received from a third party (who lawfully acquired it) without restriction as to its disclosure; or (iv) is independently developed without access to the Confidential Information and does not include the Contract in accordance with Clause 5.4.11 "Contract" means the written agreement between the Contracting Body and the Prime Contractor consisting of:- (a) the Order Form; (b) the Specification; (c) the Tender; (d) the Contractor Guidance; and (e) these clauses (including any variations thereto) and the appendices (including any variations thereto) save that, for the purposes of Clause 1.
Change Control Notice. (“CNN”) means the agreed form document annexed as an Additional Condition A22 to the Contract;
