Authorised Dealer definition

Authorised Dealer means a person authorised as an authorised dealer under subsection (1) of Section 10 of the Act ;
Authorised Dealer means a person Authorised as an Authorised Dealer under sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Act, and includes a person carrying on business as a factor and Authorised as such under the said section 10 ;
Authorised Dealer means an authorised dealer as defined in the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, as amended from time to time.

  • The Cardholder can choose to get his passport endorsed in respect of the foreign exchange withdrawn from an Authorised Dealer of foreign exchange during the calendar year, in the form of foreign currency notes/Travellers Cheques.

More Definitions of Authorised Dealer

Authorised Dealer. (AD) means a person authorised as an authorised dealer under sub-section (1) of section 10 of FEMA.
Authorised Dealer means a person for the time being authorised under section 3 to deal in foreign exchange;

Authorised Dealer means a person named in Part 3 of Schedule 2 (Authorised Dealers), as amended pursuant to Clause 7.4.
