Authorised Overrun Quantity definition

Authorised Overrun Quantity has the meaning given to that term in clause 5.7;
Authorised Overrun Quantity for a CT and on a Day, shall mean the quantities above the CT Redelivery Point MDQ, agreed by the Transporter for transmission, at the request of the Shipper.
Authorised Overrun Quantity means, with respect to an Exit Point, any quantity of Gas in MMBtu on any Day equal to the difference, if positive, between (i) the Scheduled Quantity and (ii) the MDQ applicable to that Point.
