Authorised SWIFT Participant definition

Authorised SWIFT Participant means a person who is duly bound as a party to a SWIFT Agreement allowing access to SWIFT Messaging Services and meets all eligibility criteria specified or referred to in that SWIFT Agreement or the SWIFT Documentation, provided, for the avoidance of doubt, that such person shall continue to be an Authorised SWIFT Participant despite no longer satisfying the eligibility criteria as required by any relevant SWIFT Agreement during any period(s) specified in such SWIFT Agreement as the period(s) given to such person to migrate to an alternative solution;

Examples of Authorised SWIFT Participant in a sentence

  • The Customer confirms that it is and will remain an Authorised SWIFT Participant at all relevant times.

  • If such is not the case, that affiliate or subsidiary shall become a party upon the execution of the same User Adherence Form by Belfius Bank.The User warrants, represents and undertakes that any subsidiary or affiliate, that becomes a party to the Belfius via SWIFT Agreement (as a User), is an Authorised SWIFT Participant or has made all the necessary arrangements in order to obtain, and throughout the Belfius via SWIFT Agreement maintain an access to the SWIFT-network via an Authorised SWIFT Participant.

  • Where applicable, the User acknowledges that Belfius Bank shall transmit confidential information to the Authorised SWIFT Participant, as indicated by the User in the Configuration Form.

  • The New User warrants, represents and undertakes that (i) it is an Authorised SWIFT Participant; or (ii) has made all the necessary arrangements in order to obtain an access to the SWIFT-network via an Authorised SWIFT Participant.

  • Authorised Representative means any natural or legal person established within the Union who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf in relation to specified tasks;

  • CDS Participant means a participant in CDS that holds security entitlements in Units on behalf of beneficial owners of those Units;

  • U.S. Participant means a Participant who is a citizen of the United States or a resident of the United States, as defined in section 7701(a)(30)(A) and section 7701(b)(1) of the Code and any other Participant who is subject to tax under the Code with respect to compensatory awards granted pursuant to the Plan;
