Authorized Applications definition

Authorized Applications shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.10(a)(iii)(b) or Section 9.11(b), as applicable.
Authorized Applications means any application using GTM's Products except otherwise provided in this Agreement.
Authorized Applications means any application using Altergy’s products for telecommunications, uninterruptible power supply, and military applications (whether stationary or portable backup or base load (primary) AC or DC power applications, or combination of the same) except otherwise provided in this Agreement. With regard to military applications, TransAct shall, at its expense, assure that such sales do not violate United States laws, including but not limited to the United States International Traffic in Arms laws and regulations.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, GTM hereby appoints ECOLUTIONS as Master Distributor, and Master Distributor accepts such appointment, as an exclusive master distributor for the sale and marketing of the Products in the Territory for Authorized Applications to Authorized Customers as specified herein.

  • Licensees may use the Licensed API only for the Authorized Application(s) listed on Exhibit 1.

  • Otherwise, Master Distributor may sell such inventory to Authorized Customers for Authorized Applications in the Territory.

More Definitions of Authorized Applications

Authorized Applications means: (a) if an applicable Sales Order does not specify a Program/Organization/Network, websites and other products or services offered by Customer to end-users; and (b) if an applicable Sales Order specifies a Program/Organization/Network, websites and other products or services offered by Customer (or, if applicable, the specified third-party) to end-users through such Program/Organization/Network. Authorized Applications do not include third-party websites or other third-party products or services through which the Products, Licensed Output, or products/services referenced in (a) or (b) may be displayed or accessed.
Authorized Applications will have the meaning set forth in Section 19.10.2(i) or Section 19.10.3(iii) as applicable.

Related to Authorized Applications

  • Completed application means an application in the form and number and containing all the information required pursuant to 34 Administrative Code 9.1053 (Entity Requesting Agreement to Limit Appraised Value), that has been determined by the district and the comptroller to include all minimum requirements for consideration.

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.
