Authorized Claim definition

Authorized Claim means a properly submitted claim for damages from the Compensation Fund, which has been approved by the Administrator or Referee;
Authorized Claim means a claim for recovery from an Authorized Claimant that has been found to be timely and valid under the terms of this Settlement Agreement.
Authorized Claim means Automatic Payment Recipients in conjunction with any claim submitted by a Claiming Recipient that the Settlement Administrator validates as complete and timely.

Authorized Claim means a claim for payment on the MSF Guarantee Obligation by the Lender to the MSF, which arises from a Delinquent Enrolled Loan, and is approved in writing by the Project Manager as an Authorized Claim.

  • Authorized Claimant means a Settlement Class Member who submits a Proof of Claim Form to the Claims Administrator that is approved by the Court for payment from the Net Settlement Fund.

  • Approved Claim means a Claim Form submitted by a Settlement Class Member that: (a) is submitted timely and in accordance with the directions on the Claim Form and the provisions of the Settlement Agreement; (b) is fully and truthfully completed by a Settlement Class Member with all of the information requested in the Claim Form; (c) is signed by the Settlement Class Member, physically or electronically; and (d) is approved by the Settlement Administrator pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, the City Manager or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Developer and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor or City Manager.   • Secured Claim means a Claim: (a) secured by a valid, perfected, and enforceable Lien on collateral to the extent of the value of such collateral, as determined in accordance with section 506(a) of the Bankruptcy Code or (b) subject to a valid right of setoff pursuant to section 553 of the Bankruptcy Code.
