Examples of Authorized Improvements Costs in a sentence

  • Upon written request by the City, the Developer shall give the City or its agent, access to those certain records controlled by, or in the direct or indirect possession of, the Developer (other than records subject to legitimate claims of attorney-client privilege) with respect to the expenditure of Authorized Improvements Costs, and permit the City to review such records in connection with conducting a reasonable audit of such fund and account.

  • Public improvement costs means the costs of:
