Authorized Interchange Claimant definition

Authorized Interchange Claimant means a member of the Rule 23(b)(3) Settlement Class that is entitled to receive a payment from the Net Interchange Settlement Fund in the Class Settlement Interchange Escrow Account(s) as provided in the Plan of Administration and Distribution. No Individual Plaintiff shall be an Authorized Interchange Claimant within the meaning of this Class Settlement Agreement.

  • Authorized Claimant means a Settlement Class Member who submits a Proof of Claim Form to the Claims Administrator that is approved by the Court for payment from the Net Settlement Fund.

  • Authorized pharmacist means an Iowa-licensed pharmacist whose license is in good standing and who meets the drug therapy management criteria defined in this rule.
