Authorized Machines definition

Authorized Machines means the number of physical servers or virtual machines owned or operated by you on which the Machine Software is authorized to be installed, as specified in the applicable Order and/or any applicable Usage Metrics set forth in such Order. Authorized Machines may be located in the data centers of your hosting service providers, so long as the Authorized Machines are solely under your control. If you have purchased or licensed Hardware from us under this Agreement, such Hardware shall be deemed an “Authorized Machine” as used in this Agreement.
Authorized Machines means the computers (of Licensee’s students and professors affiliated with Licensee) on which the Software is installed.

Examples of Authorized Machines in a sentence

  • The aforementioned license extends solely to the installation and use of the Software on the Authorized Machine(s) at the Authorized Site(s).

  • If Licensee chooses to receive maintenance and support for the Software and pays the required maintenance fee during the Maintenance Term, Licensor shall issue key(s) to Licensee upon request for supported versions of the Software allowing Licensee to execute the Software on a substitute machine(s) of an equal or lesser average capacity in lieu of the Authorized Machine(s) and/or Authorized Site.

  • Where applicable, the maximum number of Authorized Machines on which the Software may be installed and used is set forth in the Order Form.

  • You understand that the Software and Services are programmed to track the number of deployed copies of Software, Authorized Machines, users and other usage and user related data, and you consent to such operations.

  • The maximum number of Authorized Machines on which the Software may be installed and used is set forth in the Documentation based upon the edition of the Software or Services for which you have paid the required fees.

  • You must not exceed the maximum number of Named Users and/or Authorized Machines on which the Software may be installed or used and/or Services accessed, and/or Documentation downloaded viewed.

  • You understand that you are only able to interact with Authorized Machines if a copy of the applicable Kaseya Software has been loaded onto that machine.

  • If Licensee chooses to receive maintenance and support for the Software and pays the required maintenance fee, during the Maintenance Term, Licensor shall issue key(s) to Licensee upon request for supported versions of the Software allowing Licensee to execute the Software on a substitute machine(s) of an equal or lesser average capacity in lieu of the Authorized Machine(s) and/or Authorized Site.

  • You may install and use copies of other Kaseya Software on Authorized Machines owned by you or your Affiliates and on third-party Authorized Machines owned by your Third Party Clients.

  • You understand that the Software and Services may be programmed to track the number of deployed copies or service levels of Software, Authorized Machines, and Named Users, as well as to track other usage data, and you consent to such operations.
