Authorized Price Sources definition

Authorized Price Sources means pricing sources designated by a Fund on State Street’s standard form price source authorization, as the same may be amended by the Fund and State Street from time to time or as otherwise designated by the Fund or an Authorized Person, including, without limitation, the investment adviser to the Fund.

Examples of Authorized Price Sources in a sentence

  • State Street shall value the Trust's securities and other assets utilizing prices obtained from sources designated by the Trust, or the Trust's duly- authorized agent, on a Price Source Authorization substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B or otherwise designated by means of Proper Instructions (as such term is defined herein) (collectively, the "Authorized Price Sources").

  • Except as otherwise required by the Price Source Authorization with respect to data obtained from Authorized Price Sources, the Accounting Agent shall have no responsibility to review, confirm or otherwise assume any duty with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any data supplied to it by or on behalf of any Fund.

  • The Accounting Agent is authorized and instructed to rely upon the information it receives from the Fund or any of its Authorized Price Sources, Authorized Persons or Third Party Agents (as such terms are defined in Section 3.3 below and pursuant to instructions as defined in Section 3.3 below).

Related to Authorized Price Sources

  • Price Source means the price source indicated in the table of Reference Assets comprising the Reference Portfolio under “Return of Your Deposit – Reference Portfolio” under Exchange or, if such price source is discontinued or otherwise unavailable, any other price source deemed reliable and appropriate by the Calculation Agent acting in good faith.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.

  • Unpublished Price Sensitive Information means any information, relating to a company or its securities, directly or indirectly, that is not generally available which upon becoming generally available, is likely to materially affect the price of the securities and shall, ordinarily including but not restricted to, information relating to the following: –

  • Price Source Disruption means (a) the failure of the Price Source to announce or publish the Reference Price (or the information necessary for determining the Reference Price); or (b) the temporary or permanent discontinuance or unavailability of the Price Source.

  • Benchmarked Price means the higher of:

  • Fixed Price means the fixed prices for ancillary Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in the SOW; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation;

  • Firm Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Authorized Purchaser means an individual authorized by a Participating Entity to place orders against this contract.
