Notice to Merchant. Xxxxxxxx agrees that PayPal may provide notices and disclosures to Merchant by posting them on Braintree’s website, emailing them to Merchant, or sending them to Merchant through postal mail. Notices sent to Merchant by postal mail are considered received by Merchant within three (3) Business Days of the date PayPal sends the notice unless it is returned to PayPal. Disclosures and notices posted on Braintree’s website or emailed shall be considered to be received by you within 24 hours of the time it is posted to our website or emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered. Furthermore, you understand and agree that if PayPal sends you an email but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic communications, PayPal will be deemed to have provided the communication to you. In addition, PayPal may send Merchant emails, including, but not limited to, those relating to product updates, new features and offers and Merchant hereby consents to such email notification. You also agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we had provided you with a paper copy.
Notice to Merchant. Xxxxxxxx agrees that XxxxXxxx may provide notices and disclosures to Merchant by posting them on NanoKard’s website, emailing them to Merchant, or sending them to Merchant through postal mail. Notices sent to Merchant by postal mail are considered received by Merchant within three (3) Business Days of the date NanoKard sends the notice unless it is returned to NanoKard. Disclosures and notices posted on NanoKard’s website or emailed shall be considered to be received by you within twenty-four (24) hours of the time it is posted to our website or emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered. Furthermore, you understand and agree that if XxxxXxxx sends you an email but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic communications, NanoKard will be deemed to have provided the communication to you. In addition, NanoKard may send Merchant emails, including, but not limited to, those relating to product updates, new features and offers and Merchant hereby consents to such email notification. You also agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we had provided you with a paper copy.

Notice to Merchant. KingsPay may communicate with Merchant regarding the Service by means of electronic communications, including:
(i) sending electronic mail to the email address Merchant provided to KingsPay during registration or
(ii) posting of notices or communications within the Service console.
(a) Merchant may contact KingsPay here to request another electronic copy of the electronic communication without a fee;
(b) Merchant may request a paper copy of an electronic communication, and KingsPay reserves the right to charge Merchant a fee to provide a paper copy;
(c) Merchant may contact KingsPay through the Service contact page to update Merchant's registration information (such as email address) used for electronic communications or to withdraw consent to receive electronic communications; and
(d) KingsPay reserves the right to terminate Merchant's use of the Service if Merchant declines or withdraws consent to receive electronic communications from KingsPay.
