Authorized Service Recipients definition

Authorized Service Recipients means the individuals who are authorized by Customer and Company to receive or use the Services, as set forth in the applicable Order Form. Authorized Services Recipients may include Customer’s employees, contractors, consultants, and agents.

  • Customer and its Authorized Service Recipients are responsible for keeping its passwords and access credentials associated with the Platform confidential and assumes all responsibility for doing the same.

  • Service Recipient means, with respect to a Participant holding a given Award, the member of the Company Group by which the original recipient of such Award is, or following a Termination was most recently, principally employed or to which such original recipient provides, or following a Termination was most recently providing, services, as applicable.
