Authorized Share Increase definition

Authorized Share Increase means an increase in the number of shares of Common Stock that the Corporation is authorized to issue under the Articles of Incorporation that is effected pursuant to an amendment to such Articles of Incorporation that has been duly approved and become effective under the NRS.
