Authorized Territory definition

Authorized Territory means the geographical area of the United States identified in Exhibit A within which Reseller is authorized to market and distribute Authorized Products to End Users and offer support thereto corresponding to such Product Requirements Sheets.

Should the parties agree to extend this Agreement to other TIPS Members then, Exhibit A shall be revised to include the relevant pricing.

  • Through the uploading of any audio or visual Content via any Omziki Distribution portal (xxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx) by Client, Client hereby appoints Distributor as the sole and exclusive digital distributor of the Content to perform the Services set out herein, within the Authorized Territory for the Term of this Agreement as set out in Paragraph 4 herein.

  • If the Authorized Territory includes European Union (“EU”) or European Free Trade Association (“EFTA”) countries, then Partner may solicit or accept orders from Eligible Customers within any EU or EFTA country.

More Definitions of Authorized Territory

Authorized Territory means the countries where the Base Vehicle must be certified for sale and the Final Vehicle will be sold. These countries are the United States of America and Canada.
