Product Requirements definition

Product Requirements means a threshold level or another characteristic with which a product has to comply before it can be placed on the market or installed directly, including those requirements relating to labelling and instructions for use or other information to be provided;
Product Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(a).
Product Requirements means cGMPs, Baxter SOPs, the Product Specifications and the Master Batch Record.

  • General Product Requirements: Provide products that comply with the Contract Documents, are undamaged and, unless otherwise indicated, are new at time of installation.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 4, FASL shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to increase or reduce, as applicable, Production Volume to reflect AMD’s Forecasted Product Requirements and Fujitsu’s forecasted product requirements.

  • Any Gold Candidate of a PC Partner Product shall be accepted by VUG (and subsequently re-classified as an Approved Gold Master) provided it substantially conforms to the technical specifications and descriptions in its corresponding Partner Product Requirements Documents and Partner Product Concept and Description Documents, and such Gold Candidate shall be free from material Program Errors.


More Definitions of Product Requirements

Product Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.
Product Requirements means all of the requirements referenced in Section 8.3 of this Agreement.
Product Requirements means the warranties with respect to a Product set forth in Section 13.2.2 (Provider Representations, Warranties and Covenants).

Product Requirements means the applicable Certificate of Analysis, and Certificate of Conformance, cGMP, any applicable Regulatory Approval, the requirements of all applicable Regulatory Authorities, the Quality Agreement and the Applicable Law.
Product Requirements means (a) cGMPs, (b) the directions, processes, methods, materials and other requirements set forth in this Agreement, including the Master Batch Records, the Quality Agreement and Nephron’s SOPs, and (c) the Specifications.
