Product Requirements definition

Product Requirements means a threshold level or another characteristic with which a product has to comply before it can be placed on the market or installed directly, including those requirements relating to labelling and instructions for use or other information to be provided;
Product Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(a).
Product Requirements means cGMPs, Baxter SOPs, the Product Specifications and the Master Batch Record.

Examples of Product Requirements in a sentence

  • For a period of [***] following delivery of any Product hereunder (the “Delivered Product Inspection Period”), Novavax will have the right to inspect such Product to determine whether such Product conforms to the applicable Product Requirements as per this Supply Agreement and/or the Quality Agreement.

  • In the event of a disagreement between the Parties concerning whether or not a Batch meets the applicable Product Requirements, Novavax and SLS will appoint [***] to undertake analysis of the Batch to determine whether or not it meets the applicable Product Requirements.

More Definitions of Product Requirements

Product Requirements means a threshold level or another characteristic set out in Annex I Part C 1 and C 2, and specified in accordance with Article 5, with which a construction product has to comply before it can be placed on the market;
