Authorized Volume definition

Authorized Volume means the volume of residue gas authorized by Westcoast for delivery to or for the account of a Shipper at a Delivery Point on any day pursuant to Article 4.

  • If an Applicant requests permission to exceed the Authorized Volume for a day, and such authorization is granted, such gas shall constitute Authorized Overrun Gas.

  • Subject to Section 3.04, Westcoast will on each day deliver to or for the account of a Shipper at the Delivery Point a volume of residue gas which is thermally equivalent to the Authorized Volume for such day.

  • If onany Day Shipper fails to deliver the Daily Authorized Volume and Shipper’s share of System Gas, Transporter shall have the right to curtail further deliveries of Gas to Shipper at the Delivery Point ina volume equivalent to that which Shipper failed to deliver.

  • Process Gas means gas used for which alternate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.

  • SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES, BILL OF QUANTITIES means the Schedule or Quantities as specified and forming part of contract.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection.   • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Schedule of quantities means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract.

  • Cubic foot of gas or “Cubic feet of Gas” means the volume of Gas contained in one (1) cubic foot of space at a standard pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths pounds per square inch absolute (14.73 psia) as required by this Agreement and at a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit.

  • Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Origin Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Product is received into the System, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
