Origin Point definition

Origin Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Product is received into the System, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
Origin Point means the origin point(s) provided in this Tariff.
Origin Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

Examples of Origin Point in a sentence

  • Nominate,” or “Nominated” means a written communication (in form and context specified by Carrier) made by a Shipper to Carrier of a quantity of Product for gathering on the System from a specified Origin Point to a specified Destination Point in accordance with the terms of this tariff.

  • Shipper shall be deemed to be in exclusive possession and control of all Product for which services are provided hereunder upstream of the Origin Point and at and downstream of the Destination Point.

  • Carrier shall be deemed to be in exclusive possession and control of all Product at and downstream of the Origin Point and upstream of the Destination Point.

  • Shipper shall be solely responsible for any loss or damage to Crude Oil that occurs prior to the delivery of Shipper’s Crude Oil to Carrier at an Origin Point and after delivery of such Crude Oil to Shipper at a Destination Point.

  • Nominate,” or “Nominated” means a written communication (in form and context specified by Carrier) made by a Shipper to Carrier of a quantity of Crude Oil for transportation on the System from a specified Origin Point to a specified Destination Point in accordance with the terms of this tariff.


More Definitions of Origin Point

Origin Point means the inception/receipt points of the Pipeline where Carrier accepts Raw Make for transportation on the Pipeline, as such Origin Point(s) shall be specified in the Rates Tariff making reference hereto.
Origin Point means an origin point provided in Carrier’s tariffs. “Origin Point” means an origin point provided in Carrier’s tariffs. “Pipeline” means the pipeline system of Gray Oak Pipeline, LLC.
Origin Point means the origin point(s) provided in the Table of Rates included in this tariff. “Pipeline” the portion of the Permian Express 4 Pipeline that is available for intrastate service. “Receipt” means the transfer from Shipper at the Origin Point(s) to Carrier for transportation.
Origin Point means the point where physical custody of Product is transferred from Shipper to Carrier, such point being the inlet delivery connection to Carrier’s facilities where Product from an originating facility or an interconnected pipeline is injected into Carrier’s facilities as identified in Table 1 below.
Origin Point means the origin point provided in the Table of Rates included in this tariff. “Pipeline” the Ted Collins Link Pipeline.
