Authorized Vote definition

Authorized Vote means the total number of weighted votes represented by all Commission Members, pursuant to the provisions of the JPA. Weighted voting applies only to actions by the Commission, and is not used for Committee votes.

  • Recorded Vote means a written record of the name and vote of each member of Council or a Committee who votes on a question and of each member present who does not vote.

  • Authorized “Directed” or “Approved” shall mean the authority, direction or approval of the Engineer.

  • Restated Certificate means the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time.

  • e-voting means voting using either the internet, telephone or text message; “e-voting information” has the meaning set out in rule 24.2;

  • Authorized Claimant means any Class Member whose claim for recovery has been allowed pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation.

  • Authorized Person means any Officer or person who has been designated as such by written notice and named in Exhibit A and delivered to the Custodian by the Trust, or if the Trust has notified the Custodian in writing that it has an authorized investment manager or other agent, delivered to the Custodian by the Trust’s investment advisor or other agent. Such Officer or person shall continue to be an Authorized Person until such time as the Custodian receives Written Instructions from the Trust or the Trust’s investment advisor or other agent that any such person is no longer an Authorized Person.

  • Certificate of Conformity means Executive Order certifying vehicles for sale in California.
