Authorized Workforce definition

Authorized Workforce means those members of your Workforce who are individually authorized by you and us to have access to the System to assist you in providing treatment and obtaining payment for treatment, and to whom we have assigned a unique identifier for access to the System.
Authorized Workforce means those natural persons who are members of your Workforce who you have identified (by their legal names, and the legal names of their employers) in your account as authorized to access the Services on your behalf.
Authorized Workforce means Professionals, clinical support, and select Site Administrators who own or are partners of, or are employed by or otherwise engaged by Provider and who: (i) have been authorized and registered by Provider to access EpicCare Link under the terms of this Agreement (ii) meet South Shore’s requirements for access to EpicCare Link as set forth in South Shore EpicCare Link Policies; and (iii) undertake the obligations required for obtaining a User ID including but not limited to execution of the User ID form (the “User Agreement”).

  • Each member of your Authorized Workforce shall have and use a unique identifier.

  • Upon our recognition of a transfer by a Provider of Record, the Administrative Rights and all User accounts of such Provider of Record’s Authorized Workforce shall automatically transfer to such Provider of Record’s recognized transferee.

  • You will not grant any user, including members of your Authorized Workforce, any rights to access or use our Services that they would not be allowed to have under applicable laws.

  • Authorized User means a person:

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.

  • Unauthorized Access means the entrance of a person into a restricted area without permission of the operator or the operator’s designated representative.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • Authorized By means the same as "authorization" as defined in § 24.2-945.1.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
