Authorized Workforce definition

Authorized Workforce means those members of your Workforce who are individually authorized by you and us to have access to the System to assist you in providing treatment and obtaining payment for treatment, and to whom we have assigned a unique identifier for access to the System.

Examples of Authorized Workforce in a sentence

  • Each member of your Authorized Workforce shall have and use a unique identifier.

  • We authorize you and your Authorized Workforce to use the User IDs assigned to you by us.

  • We may terminate the access of any member of your Authorized Workforce upon termination or change in status of his or employment with you.

  • You and your Authorized Workforce are authorized to access the System solely from Your Site, and from other sites from which you have received approval from us to access the System.

  • If you are a member of a Provider’s Authorized Workforce, and such Provider has authorized you to access the Services on its behalf by authorizing a Credential for you, then you are authorized under this Agreement to access the Services solely on behalf and at the direction of such Provider.

  • We authorize you and your Authorized Workforce to use the Credentials uniquely assigned to, or selected by, each such individual User.

  • You may permit your Authorized Workforce to use the Services on your behalf, subject to the terms of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Authorized Workforce

Authorized Workforce means Professionals, clinical support, and select Site Administrators who own or are partners of, or are employed by or otherwise engaged by Provider and who: (i) have been authorized and registered by Provider to access EpicCare Link under the terms of this Agreement (ii) meet South Shore’s requirements for access to EpicCare Link as set forth in South Shore EpicCare Link Policies; and (iii) undertake the obligations required for obtaining a User ID including but not limited to execution of the User ID form (the “User Agreement”).

Related to Authorized Workforce

  • Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Authorized Users(s) means an individual or individuals with a business need to access DSHS Confidential Information, and who has or have been authorized to do so.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.

  • Unauthorized Access means the entrance of a person into a restricted area without permission of the operator or the operator’s designated representative.

  • WorkSafeBC means the Workers Compensation Board, a provincial Crown corporation created pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia);

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.
