  • However, repair/maintenance of Auto LPG system and its components should be carried out at authorized workshops.

  • The LicensorCompany shall provide LicenseeCustomer a Field Survey estimate representing all anticipated costs.

  • All the unsuccessful bidders applied in the above tender including those who are in Auto LPG Transportation Contract prior to this tender, cannot claim any benefit quoting the tender clauses of this tender or any or other tenders of any region or any oil company at a later date .
