Availability Adjustment definition

Availability Adjustment or “AA” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(c).

Examples of Availability Adjustment in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding clause (ii) of the prior sentence, to the extent the Units are unavailable as the result of an Instructed Operation or Excused Event, the Units shall be deemed to have been available for purposes of determining Availability and the Availability Adjustment.

  • The period of Forced Outage shall be reflected in the Availability Adjustment for Monthly Capacity Payment (Appendix 6).
