Withdrawal Period as defined in Section 10.13(b).
Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.
Required Reserve Factor Floor means, for any Calculation Period, the sum (expressed as a percentage) of (a) 12.5% plus (b) the product of the Adjusted Dilution Ratio and the Dilution Horizon Ratio, in each case, as of the most recent Cut-Off Date.
Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.
Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

Available RP Capacity Amount means the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 6.04(a)(ii)(D), (a)(vii) and (a)(x) minus the aggregate amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (a) make Investments pursuant to Section 6.06(q)(ii), (b) make Restricted Debt Payments pursuant to Section 6.04(b)(iv)(B) or (c) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 6.01(ll).
Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.
Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Demand Bid:
Required Accumulation Factor Number shall be equal to a fraction, rounded upwards to the nearest whole number, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is equal to the lowest monthly principal payment rate on the Accounts, expressed as a decimal, for the three months preceding the date of such calculation.
Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the thirty-minute reserve requirement for the PJM Region established consistent with the Applicable Standards, plus any additional thirty-minute reserves scheduled in response to an RTO-wide Hot or Cold Weather Alert or other reasons for conservative operations. Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.
Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.
Required Daily Deposit Target Principal Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, (i) if such Due Period is in [the Accumulation Period for the Class A( - ) Notes, the Accumulation Amount], (ii) if such day is on or after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Class A( - ) Adverse Event, the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class A( - ) Notes, and (iii) in all other circumstances, zero.
Withdrawal Date Any day during the period commencing on the 18th day of the month of the related Distribution Date (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day) and ending on the last Business Day prior to the 21st day of the month of such Distribution Date. The “related Due Date” for any Withdrawal Date is the Due Date immediately preceding the related Distribution Date.
Required Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.8.
Final Withdrawal Date Has the meaning specified in the Escrow Agreement.
Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Available Funds available to pay the amounts specified in clauses (i) through (xvii) of Section 5.7(a) (taking into account application of Available Funds to the priority of payments specified in Section 5.7(a) and ignoring any provision hereof which otherwise limits the amounts described in such clauses to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 5.8.
Excess Withdrawal is a withdrawal of Account Value that exceeds the Free Withdrawal Amount. This term may not apply to your Contract.
Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $4,000,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).
Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.
Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights means the rights to revenues that are derived from incremental Available Transfer Capability created by the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities or of one of more Customer-Funded Upgrades.

Two Times Test As to any Distribution Date, (i) the Aggregate Subordinate Percentage is at least two times the Aggregate Subordinate Percentage as of the Closing Date; (ii) the aggregate of the Principal Balances of all Mortgage Loans Delinquent 60 days or more (including Mortgage Loans in REO and foreclosure) (averaged over the preceding six-month period), as a percentage of the aggregate of the Class Certificate Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates, does not equal or exceed 50%; and (iii) on or after the Distribution Date in January 2008, cumulative Realized Losses do not exceed 30% of the Original Subordinated Principal Balance or prior to the Distribution Date in January 2008, cumulative Realized Losses do not exceed 20% of the Original Subordinated Principal Balance.
